Mid-Season Pricing Shift: What and Why

Survivor Atlas pricing recently changed, and we want to be upfront about the adjustment and the thinking behind it.

    What changed and why now

Subscription pricing has moved up by 50% for new subscribers as of last week. Members who signed up earlier in the season are locked in at their current rates and are not affected by the change.

The math of Survivor contests shifts dramatically as the season progresses. In early September, Circa Survivor started with a massive field and each entry represented a small slice of the prize pool. By Week 8, the field has been whittled significantly, and each surviving entry is worth meaningfully more than it was at kickoff. The same is true across the Splash contests and the other pools we cover.

As the stakes rise, the value of good tools and good data rises with them. Our mid-season pricing reflects that reality. When one decision can preserve or destroy an entry worth thousands of dollars, the R&D behind the tools gets more valuable too.

    Rewarding early support

Players who joined us early in the season are grandfathered at their original pricing for as long as they stay subscribed. We want to reward the trust of those who signed up early on. If you locked in early, your prices will not change.
For anyone joining now, we welcome you to the community, but we have to acknowledge that you are coming in at a point where tools are more valuable and more actively used.

    Keeping it sustainable

Building and maintaining these tools takes real time and labor. We’re constantly adding and editing features based on community feedback, adding new contests and keeping everything running smoothly through the chaos of an NFL season. Subscriptions support this ongoing effort.

We’d rather charge fairly and keep delivering than cut corners and let things slide.

    What subscribers can expect

More tools, better tools, and continued responsiveness to what the community is asking for. If you have feedback on what you’d like to see next, let us know in Discord, twitter/x, or a support email. Many of the best features we’ve built have come from community suggestions, and this part of how we intend to keep delivering tools and features you need to play and compete in NFL Survivor contests.

Thanks for being part of this. The season is far from over, and we’re thrilled to be navigating it with you this year.
