How to use the Map
The Map has a lot packed into it, including plenty of small features you might not have noticed or thought to click on. This lesson gives you a quick tour of everything that’s there, what it means, and how the different pieces of the Map work together. A good place to start before you put it to work.
Thinking With the Map
This lesson walks through the kinds of problems the Map can help solve: comparing paths, spotting where the field is headed, understanding what you’re giving up with a pick, planning around future weeks, and seeing Survivor decisions in context instead of one week at a time.
Expected Value in Survivor
Expected value is one of the most important ideas in Survivor strategy. This lesson introduces what EV means, why the most likely team to win isn’t always the best Survivor pick, and how popularity, win probability, and the value of surviving all come together when comparing your options.
Using the EV Calculator
The EV Calculator helps you compare Survivor picks by combining win probability, popularity, and future value. This lesson shows you how to use the calculator, read the results, and understand why the team most likely to win isn’t always the pick with the best expected value.
